The EVE Scholars Program supports undergraduate students pursuing full-time summer research in the Department of Evolution and Ecology and at the Bodega Marine Laboratory. Supported by donors including the Kendra M. Chan Award, the Nieland Family Fund, the Osborne Chair Fund, and others, the program provides students with the opportunity to conduct independent research under the direction of an EVE or BML faculty mentor.
Selected fellows receive a stipend for a 10-week summer research experience. Students working at Bodega Marine Laboratory will also have housing costs covered. Students selected for Davis-based projects who do not otherwise have housing available may be eligible for housing assistance.
